We went to lunch today with two of Yumi’s old classmates, one of whom was visiting Shanghai for the weekend.

Yumi went to a farewell lunch for one of the Japanese spouses who’s about to leave Shanghai. It was at a fancy Chinese restaurant in the Shangri-la Hotel (yes, you can actually get fancy Chinese food here in Shanghai).
